Successful ROFCON and Spring has Sprung

    I have to say, for a ROFCON I didn't get to spend the entire weekend at, I thought it went overall swell. Quite a few photoshoots were planned and everything went smoothly. Yes, I had to work most of Friday and Sunday so I couldn't exactly spend a lot of time at the con. But I did have a wonderful Saturday since I was off. Thursday night I got to cosplay Aoba Seragaki with DigiDrawer as my masked Clear. Also, it was my first time staffing on the AMS department and I had a lot of fun. Thursday I helped around the dance, near the pool area, and the pre-reg section. For those of you that stuck around and talked with me, thank you so much for being there. Half the time I would've been bored but a lot of you kept me entertained. So thank you guys. Friday I cosplayed Haru, with Jade-the-inujin as Rin and DigiDrawer as Rei. We had a small photoshoot near the pool(granted we didn't go near the pool, just around the fence line area). Afterwards, Jade-the-inujin and I changed into Hisoka and Tsuzuki from Yami no Matsuei. Cookie for those that spotted us in the crowd cause not many people knew who we were. Quite a few people on my tumblr were telling me they were at ROFCON and JUST realized who we were, which is inspiring. We got a proper photoshoot this time rather than using our handy dandy camera phones. Three cheers for Youkokanna for being the wonderful person that she is for taking our photos. Seriously, her photography skills amaze me and I love working with her. So yes, with work and staffing duties, I still had a pretty awesome time at ROFCON. Hell, we even had our staff dinner at Dave & Busters. How awesome is that.

    It's that time of year again and I certainly have missed it. The cherry trees are blooming and the spring cons and matsuri's are happening once again. The weather here has been too bipolar for my taste but that's Virginia for ya. Anyways, if I'm not working, I'm going to try and hit up Shobou Con which is at the end of March. Cosplay wise, I'm not sure. Hmmm I'll just keep it a secret for now. Next month, it's Sakura Matsuri time in D.C. Last year my friends and I had fun in our Free cosplays. This year we're going to be doing our Haikyuu cosplays. And the cherry trees will be in full bloom too. We have a big group walking around with us. So far we have a Hinata, Kageyama, Sugawara, Nishinoya, Kenma, and Kuro. If anyone else is cosplaying from Haikyuu and would like to join us, you're welcome too. All the Haikyuu cosplayers. XD Oh also, my birthday is coming around the corner. Since DA wouldn't allow me to change my birth date month, I'm telling you guys here that I'm born in April NOT March. XD 

Oh and keep an eye out for more Katsucon photos. I haven't been posting much cause I've been so busy with work and ROFCON stuff. I'll also be posting ROFCON shots along the way too.
